I love using simple guided meditations in my counseling practice, often as a way to start or end session. I’ve recorded some of these short practices for your independent use whenever you need grounding, calm, or a reset.

Introduction & Preparation - This short audio will help you prepare for meditation, setting aside distractions and creating a calm, comfortable space. It’s a gentle starting point to help you settle in and get the most from your practice.

Peaceful Place - In this meditation, I’ll guide you through imagining a safe, peaceful place where you feel grounded and centered. This practice can become an anchor to return to whenever life feels overwhelming.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation - This meditation invites you to release tension from head to toe by gently relaxing each muscle group. It’s a simple but powerful way to increase body awareness, reduce stress, and find deeper calm.
